So...with Labor Day weekend, and all the SALES going on, Troy & I thought it would be a perfect time to go look at some furniture for our front room. It is going on 9 months that it has been empty, and we are getting sick of it.
However, Troy & I do NOT see eye to eye when it comes to furniture...
Troy either wants a "fancy" couch or a leather couch with the big round puffy arm rests, and brass nail accents...
I like simple lines, with fun colors and/or patterned pillows, etc.
Everything I liked, he thought was lame, or would say "Are you kidding?". He didn't even like my color choices. His stuff was just to "fancy" for me, and I didn't think it fit in with the style of our house, or the way we live our life. We may never have furniture in our house, because neither of us is about to give in...

you should have a POLL and let all of us decide!
Whatever you end up buying, it should have a minimum of 4 cup holders.
Lindz hold out you know you will eventually win...we always do. I am with you something more simple is better.

I am with your style TOTALLY!!! I think the house is the woman's domain (sorry if that sounds to 50's). Would you go into his garage and start decorating?
Good Grief! Who wears the capri's in the family. If all else fails, just flash him a little cleavage next time you go to RC Willeys. (Works like a charm).
